About me

Ceren Cuci

15+ years · International practice · Yoga + Therapeutic Bodywork · Fascia-informed approach

Ceren Cuci began her path in healing practices with Reiki in 2005 and yoga in 2007. She completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2010 and continued her studies with internationally recognized teachers including Godfrey Devereux, Bryan Kest, Chris Chavez, Jason Crandell, Zeynep Aksoy, Meghan Currie and Mey Elbi.

Her work gradually shifted from externally imposed alignment systems toward anatomy-informed, experience-based guidance. Rather than teaching fixed sequences, she supports individuals in understanding their own structure, capacity, and internal sensing.

In 2012, during her advanced training, her focus expanded into therapeutic touch. This led her to study bodywork traditions in India, where she explored different massage lineages and developed an integrative style that combines technical precision with refined sensitivity.

A severe car accident resulting in the loss of her right eye and spinal injury profoundly shaped her approach. Recovery became a long-term practice rather than a short phase. Through this process, she deepened her study of somatic yoga, trauma-informed work, sound healing, and Nonviolent Communication.

Later physical challenges led her to myofascial release, where understanding the fascia transformed both her own recovery and her professional method. Today, fascial intelligence and nervous system regulation are central to her work.

Ceren has worked internationally as a yoga instructor and body therapist in the Seychelles, Caribbean, Istanbul and Bodrum supporting clients from diverse anatomical and cultural backgrounds.

Her approach integrates movement, therapeutic touch, and awareness-based practices within a clear, grounded framework. Each session is guided by careful observation, anatomical understanding, and respect for the body’s inherent intelligence.
