1. About these terms
These terms apply to every session booked with Ceren Cuci, sole trader, Gökçebel, Kule Caddesi No:29 B2, Yalıkavak, Bodrum / Muğla 48400, Türkiye. Email: cerencuci@gmail.com. Phone: +90 533 231 71 97. By requesting a session you agree to them.
2. Booking and confirmation
Times shown on the Availability page are free at the moment you view them. Sending a request holds the time but does not yet create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when I confirm it personally by WhatsApp or email. Concierge partners who book on behalf of guests are responsible for passing these terms on to their guests.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are given on request and confirmed in writing together with the booking. Payment is made in cash, by bank transfer or by card, on the day of the session. Travel to locations outside the Bodrum peninsula or to yachts at anchor may carry an additional fee, agreed in advance.
4. Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or move a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Later cancellations, or not being available at the agreed time and place, may be charged at 50% / in full. If I need to cancel, for example because of illness or unsafe sea conditions, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund of anything already paid.
5. Health and safety
Yoga, bodywork and sound healing support wellbeing but are not medical treatment and do not replace the advice of a doctor or therapist. Please tell me before the session about injuries, surgery, pregnancy, heart or blood-pressure conditions, epilepsy, implants or any other condition that may matter. Sessions may be adapted or declined if they would not be safe for you. You take part at your own responsibility and should stop and tell me if anything feels wrong.
6. Location
Sessions take place at the location you provide. Please make sure there is a safe, quiet and suitable space and, on a yacht, that the boat is anchored or moored in calm water during the session.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the price of the session concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Personal belongings remain your responsibility.
8. Photos and videos
No photos or videos of you are taken or published without your prior, separate consent.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Bodrum (Muğla) have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
